Ibis Budget Cardiff Centre

The location was central, very close to a business area and city centre and transport facilities and main railway station. Furthermore, close to town center.

Absolutely great hotel located in a peaceful area close enough to the city center, and a business area. Cheap, neat room with a private bathroom and a shower and towels. Hypo-allergenic pillows, comfortable bed.

Its location just a short stroll away from Principality Stadium was strategic.

The bed was comfy and it was great having a flat screen TV, a study table and a radio. We could park on site. Marvellous and incredible location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. The property was set in a fairly quiet area.

All fine, but small toilet

Nothing to say except room was extremely utilitarian but functional so for the cost of £26 it did the job.

Booked a single room originally (one double bed) but changed it to a twin two weeks before stay as my daughter decided to come along. However, when we arrived the update wasn't in place with no twin rooms available. Was not impressed!

The location is pretty good, close to the city centre. I liked that the bed was comfy, and the shower was nice too. The staff were friendly at least. I appreciated the clean room and overall vibe, it felt safe and secure. Great price for what u get, really!

The receptionist we dealt with was super rude and unhelpful when we asked to change rooms. The first room stunk really bad, like a toilet, gross.

Not for the faint-hearted!

So, I stayed for 2 nights in a triple room, and wow, what a squeeze! The room was super tiny, and the bunk beds were a challenge to get into. Plus, there was no coffee in the room, a bummer. On the upside, the lobby had free tea and coffee! The staff? A mixed bag. Some were really nice, but others were just harsh.

Had a good time at this budget spot, especially enjoying the all-you-can-eat breakfast and the late-night pizza options. There were some relaxing areas to unwind, like the cozy lounge and outdoor seating. Just a heads up, the room felt a bit bare and you had to pay extra for some amenities, but it didn't ruin the stay! 😊

The location is super close to the city centre, which made everything easy to reach! 😍 the lifts were very slow and one was even out of order. Not great when you're in a hurry!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the town centre. The staff were so friendly and cute. My room was clean with all the essentials, and the large shower cubicle was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the option for simple snacks downstairs was handy.

I stayed here for 6 nights and was super happy with the comfy bed after long walks in Cardiff. The staff was really chill and helped me with tips around the city. Plus, I loved the free coffee in the lobby! Just a bummer that the room was a bit dusty in spots.
